Working within a restricted environment (internal or limited client base). Able to apply a core range of models appropriate to the purpose and use of coaching within this client group.
Coaching Experience:
Professional coaching work over 1 year with at least 5 clients (75 hours) evidenced by logs/references. Engaged in CPD at an appropriate level.
Ethical Practices:
Use of supervisor/mentor coach and compliance with appropriate code of ethics.
