Working with clients allowing them to access development beyond the presenting issue using the coach’s own crafted/evidence-based framework of practice. Such a framework allows the coach to operate within ambiguous environments with minimal information.
Coaching Experience:
Professional work over 5 years evidenced through references and/or accredited hours (600 hours) with a wide range of clients and contexts. Engaged in CPD/training at an appropriate level.
Ethical Practices:
Use of supervisor/mentor coach and compliance with appropriate code of ethics.
